Shrek Junior Play – Save the Date! – May 30, 2024

There is an important change to the scheduled date of our Shrek Junior Play. We will be holding one dress rehearsal in the afternoon of May 30, 2024 at 12:30pm and one evening performance at 6pm. Doors will open at 5:30pm. 

Mandatory Grade 7 Band Rehearsal and Band Trip. 

There is a mandatory Grade 7 Band Rehearsal tomorrow on Tuesday April 30th from 2:30pm-4:00pm. Grade 7 band students are required to be present in or they may not be able to attend their May 1 field trip. If there are extenuating circumstances for why your child cannot attend this after school rehearsal please email Mr. Irwin directly. 

The Grade 7 Band trip to CPAF will take place on Wednesday. Forms have gone home. Please ensure fees are paid in your Powerschool account as soon as possible. 

Football Tryouts

Football tryouts begin on Wednesday May 1 and Thursday May 2 after school from 2:30pm-4:00pm. Please ensure all students have a ride or are able to walk home after this time. 

Attending TBR Next Year

If there are any changes to your child’s enrollment at TBR going into next year, please let us know right away. If you are moving, if your child is attending another school or program, or for any other reason will not return to TBR, please email the main office at thomasbriley@cbe.ab.ca so we can designate each student to the correct location. Inaccurate enrollment affects budgeting decisions at this time of year as well as class size and composition. Your transparency helps us to staff our school in the best way to support all students.
