No School – Friday November 8 – 13, 2024
The Fall break for students begins on Friday November 8 and runs until Wednesday November 13, 2024. Students will return to school on Thursday, November 14, 2024.
School staff will be in the school on Friday, November 8, 2024 for a System Professional Learning Day.
Re-Takes have been Rescheduled to November 15, 2024
Originally re-take day was going to be on November 7, 2024, however due to a conflict with our Remembrance Day assembly, we have re-scheduled this to Friday, November 15, 2024.
Students will be called down by homeroom if they would like to participate in re-takes or if they were away for our original photo day.
Remembrance Day Assembly – Thursday November 7, 2024
The Grade 8 team is hosting a Remembrance Day Assembly on Thursday November 7, 2024 for students and staff in the school. We look forward to honoring our veterans who gave their lives for their country.
Students will be provided with poppies on November 7 if they choose to wear them to the assembly. We kindly ask for a small donation such a $1 to be made to the Canadian Legion who provided these for us. Donations will be collected at the main office any time before November 7.
Library
Our school library is once again open and ready to be up and running! If students wish to sign out books they are asked to come down between 8:15am and 12:00pm
