School Conferences – Thursday November 27 and Friday November 28
All families are invited to book an individual conference time with their child’s teachers. Please book a separate time with each teacher you would like to meet with (ex. Humanities, Math/Sci, CTF, PE, etc. As we do not have enough time slots for every family, we are limiting each family to one conference booking per student. Please book early to ensure you are able to secure a spot.

Due to School Learning Conferences there will be no school on Friday next week.
Vaccination Consents Sent Home
Grade 9 students and any other students who require catch-up vaccines had consent forms sent home last week. Please return these forms to the main office as soon as possible for our School Nurse.
School Council Meeting
Our next school council meeting will be on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 @6pm in our school learning commons. We hope you can join us!
Save the Date - Winter Band Concert December 11, 2025
Thomas B. Riley is proud to present our first concert this year. It will take place Thursday December 11 at 5:30pm at Thomas B. Riley School in the main gym. Doors will open for parents at approximately 5:15pm. All families are welcome to attend. Students who are not in band must attend with an adult chaperone.
The concert will last for approximately 1 hour with no intermission. This will be a great chance to see your children perform with an evening full of music. Seating will be on a first come basis as there is no assigned seating. We ask that parents remain in the gym for the entire performance to minimize interruption and respect all performers.
Attendance at this concert is mandatory for all Band students and part of the expectations of their commitment to the Band program. If your child is not able to attend due to unavoidable circumstances, please email Mr. Irwin at wlirwin@cbe.ab.ca explain their absence
