Winsport Field Trips – first days after break!
A reminder that Grade 9 students are skiing at Winsport on the first day back from the break! Please remember hats, mitts, snowpants and a winter jacket and that all forms are fully filled out.
Grade 8s attend on Tuesday with Room 5/PLP and Grade 7s attend on Wednesday with Room 6/ALP.
This is a reminder that all field trips are part of the school curricular expectations and are mandatory to attend. If students are coming to school on this day they need to have their form signed or it is expected they are remaining at home due to illness. There are no alternative programming provided at the school on these days as all staff for their grade are on the field trip.
Volleyball Tryouts Begin!
We are excited to kick off our volleyball season this year in January. Please note the following tryouts that are scheduled the first week back from the break:
- Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2025 - Senior Girls Volleyball Tryouts 2:45pm-3:45pm
- Wednesday, January 7– Senior Boys Volleyball Tryouts 7:00am-7:45am
- Wednesday, January 7 – Junior Girls Volleyball Tryouts 2:45pm-3:45pm
- *Thursday, January 8 – Senior Girls Volleyball Tryouts 7:00am-7:45am (if needed)
- Thursday, January 8 - Junior Boys Volleyball Tryouts 2:45pm-3:45pm
Save the Date: TLC Open House January 15 @6pm
If you are interested in the TLC Program next year, our school will be hosting an Open House for all TLC students on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at 6pm in the school gymnasium. There will be a brief presentation for all families followed by a school tour.
NEW families from Montgomery Community – Open House January 15 @5pm
We are pleased to welcome families from Terrace Road School in Montgomery to our school in the Fall of 2026. We will be hosting an open house evening for all new families from this community the same night as our TLC Open House. You are welcome to come for a brief presentation about the school at 5pm followed by a school tour. All families are also welcome to stay for our TLC presentation at 6pm if they would like to hear more about this program.
